Are you thinking about joining the world of exercising? Your body, mind & heart will thank you! Exercising is not just about looking great, although it does help with your self-esteem, but what it dose on keeping the mind clear and the heart healthy and happy is so important. So lets talk about exercising! The key to exercising is staying with it and finding something that you look forward to doing. Find a friend that can go with you, and encourage each other, maybe set goals together. If you enjoy the gym make sure you have a instructor that you like and is enthusiastic. I love kickboxing which works every part of your body almost at the same time, it is all so great for releasing stress. Outside sports like trail-running and biking are great. You can do marathons or join bike clubs which will give you something to work for. And try to do different work-outs so you don't lose your enthusiasm. One more little note please go slowly, if you jump start to fast in a few months you will become burnt out and usually lose interest.
